Grissom Elementary In Tulsa Evacuated Due To Rooftop Fire

Students at Grissom Elementary have been allowed back into school following a fire in a roof top air conditioning unit.

Tulsa Firefighters were called to the school at 6646 S. 73rd E. Ave. around 10:30 Monday morning after the fire was reported. The school was evacuated until investigators gave the all clear.

Some scorch marks could be seen on the air conditioning unit.

No one was injured, and the fire is out, according to campus police.
