Public Service of Oklahoma says most of its 6,000 customers without power in Tulsa County Sunday afternoon have electricity as of 3:20 p.m.

All customers were restored before 6 p.m.

Outages included Oral Roberts University and CityPlex Towers -- with a basketball game against Missouri State in the works. The athletic department decided to cancel the game just before 4 p.m., and the players went back to the locker room.

Spokesperson Stan Whiteford said the substation at 81st and Delaware was out temporarily, with no power going to customers from 81st Street South going past 96th Street South.

Whiteford said the power outage was caused by a transformer failure.
