The Sapulpa Fire Department says no one was home when a rural Creek County house caught fire Thursday morning.
The home is located near Kiefer at 166th Street South and 97th West Avenue. Firefighters said the fire destroyed the structure.
Firefighters said two adults and three children living in the home were staying with relatives in Sapulpa for the night. Two dogs in the backyard were not injured.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
It's the second home to burn in Creek County overnight. Earlier, a house fire between Sapulpa and Kellyville sent two people to the hospital.
