Police arrested a Tulsa man on a complaint of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 21-year-old woman Saturday night.
Officers said Dewayne Alexander, 48, attacked the victim and another person over $12 he thought he was owed. They said he hit the victims with a box fan, then grabbed the woman and took her to his apartment in the 4600 block of South Fulton against her will.
The woman told officers Alexander ordered her to perform a sexual act.
Jail records show police arrested Alexander Sunday morning. he's in the Tulsa County jail on a $197,750 bond. Alexander has a court appearance set for February 9, 2015.
