A Muskogee man has been charged with a felony count of making a telephone bomb threat. Court documents say Robert Dwayne Perry is charged with knowingly making a false bomb threat.

If convicted, he could face six years to life, a fine, or both, court records show.

The Rogers County Sheriff's Office said Perry called the 911 dispatch the morning of Friday, January 30, 2015. He reportedly told the dispatcher a bomb would go off inside the Linde Corporation at the Port of Catoosa.

The plant was evacuated until the Tulsa bomb squad could give the all-clear signal.

The 41-year-old Perry has a former felony conviction of robbery with a dangerous weapon in Muskogee County in 2007.

His bond has been set at $500,000.
