Tulsa Man Bound Over For Trial In Ex-Fiancee's Death

Robert Tillotson, accused of a fatal shooting, will also go to court. A judge ruled there is enough evidence to put Tillotson on trial for murder.

Police say last October three young boys witnessed Tillotson shoot and kill their mother, his ex-fiancée, then attempt to kill himself.

Tillotson survived the shooting, but his ex-fiancée Beverly Stratton, died.

Court records show a month prior to the shooting Tillotson pleaded guilty to two counts of assault and battery in the presence of a child, along with other related charges.

He pleaded not guilty to the fatal shooting.

Prosecutors added a weapons charge in Thursday's preliminary hearing. He goes back to court early in March.
