Tulsa police have made an arrest in the city's latest homicide. Antuan Turner was shot and killed outside Obsession's Sports bar March 27, 2015.
Tulsa police have been looking for four men in connection to Turner's death. They arrested Willie Carl Stanley Tuesday night. Stanley, 30, was booked on complaints of first-degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
An arrest report indicates Turner had been at the bar and was shot in the parking lot next to Soul Brothers Car Wash. Witnesses told police the shooting took place after an argument between Turner and members of the "Blood" gang, records show.

Homicide Detective Dave Walker issued photos of Stanley and three other men: Leroy Coleman, John Waldon and Diamond Reed, who were wanted for questioning in the shooting death.
Arresting officers say Stanley attempted to provide an alibi, but it was inconsistent with witness statements.
A search of Department of Corrections records shows Stanley served time for firing a gun into an occupied residence and received a suspended sentence for using an offensive weapon in a felony.
