Pilot Taken To Hospital After Plane Crashes In Garvin County

One person was taken to the hospital after a crop duster plane crashed in Garvin County, the Federal Aviation Administration reported.

The crash happened about 11:35 a.m. Saturday after the plane's engine lost power. The plane landed and flipped over in a field about three miles west of Maysville, an FAA spokesman said.

The pilot, who was the only person on the aircraft, suffered minor injuries and was taken to a hospital in Lindsay, the spokesman said.
