A storm caused damage in the Inola area Saturday night. Several hours after the storm passed through, there were still reports of live power lines down.
If you are traveling in that area Sunday morning, be sure to take precautions.
News On 6 WARN Team storm tracker Darren Stephens said he believes a tornado caused the damage. He said it includes a lot of downed trees and sheet metal ripped from buildings and wrapped around street signs and power lines.
One family lost three barns. They say it's more than just the buildings they lost, but a lot of equipment - including tractors, trucks and other farm tools.
"We got three barns that are pretty much total losses. And all the equipment was in," said Jack Graves, Inola resident.
"Which we had just moved all the equipment in to protect it from the storms, ironically. Looks like that was the wrong place to put it."
So far no one has reported any injuries from the storm.
The National Weather Service will have to send a team to the area to determine if a tornado actually struck.
