Tulsa police arrested another teenager in the murder of a recent Jenks High School graduate who was shot downtown April 30, 2015.
Police arrested the suspected shooter first and have now arrested the man accused of selling him the gun.
Early in the investigation of the death of 19-year-old Cristal Gutierrez, police said they believed she was killed by mistake and that the shooter didn't act alone.

Gutierrez died at 3rd and Houston after being shot in the chest while driving with her boyfriend.
Police arrested 18-year-old Hao Le, who police say fired the gun and was targeting the boyfriend, not Gutierrez.

"Mr. Le, who is charged with actually pulling the trigger, has to get a gun to settle the score, and the person who provided that gun to settle the score knew that a score was going to be settled, one way or another," said Tulsa Police Sergeant, Dave Walker.
That's where 18-year-old Rey Reyes comes in. He was arrested Tuesday night and charged with murder, even though he wasn't at the crime scene.

"This guy is a principal in this. Without the gun, Cristal's alive," Walker said.
For police and prosecutors it's the result of a new effort to target people on the edges of a murder case.
District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler has set up a team of prosecutors who just work homicides.
“I guess what you would say is increased attention, and now they're not trying to put out fires all over the place, they're focused on one fire,” he said.
A murder charge for someone not accused of killing someone is unusual, but in this case, police said Reyes both enabled the crime with the gun and failed to stop it when he could have.
"Our goal is to get as many of these people wrapped up and held accountable as we can," said Walker.
Police said Reyes admitted to selling the gun just before the shooting and learned what happened right afterward.
He's being held in jail without bond.
