A group has traveled halfway across the country on bikes to help paint a house in Tulsa.
But that's not their only mission this summer.
The young adults have been traveling for five weeks now, helping out homeowners all along the way, today, stopping in Tulsa before they move on their way to California.
They have a lot more energy than I have,” homeowner Bob Fowler said.
Paint brushes flew as the group of 30 young adults gave the home a fresh coat.
They're cycling across the country.
"We started in Portland, Maine, back in June, June 21st,” team leader Samantha Ahrendt said. “And we'll end up in Santa Barbara, California on August 31st. We bike an average of about 70 miles a day."

Fowler is disabled and said since he started losing his sight making home improvements hasn't been easy.
So he got with Habitat for Humanity, which has helped him update windows, replace insulation and now, in partnership with Bike and Build, paint.
It was a big job that's just one task on a list of many for these active humanitarians.
“I think this is our seventh build day, but we've got 14 planned for the summer,” Ahrendt said.
The nearly 4,000-mile journey will take the group 10 weeks. It is currently at the halfway point, and they never stay in one place longer than two days.
The schedule, matching the nonprofit name Bike and Build, travels for a few days stopping to help, then moves on down the road.
It is a commitment driven by passion.
“There's a couple people that were drawn to the adventure,” Ahrendt said. “I mean, obviously biking across the country is an incredible adventure, and then there's people like me. I was excited about the cause and picked up the cycling along the way."
An incredible adventure making friends and doing good as they travel America on two wheels.
“I think these kids are great,” Fowler said. “I wish I could do something for them."
