HR Director, 911 Administrator Fired In Rogers County

The Rogers County human resources director and 911 administrator have been terminated from their positions, according to a source in the courthouse.

The decision to terminate Human Resources Director Jennifer Bentley and 911 Administrator Janet Hamilton was made in executive session during the county commissioners' meeting Monday.

Also during the meeting, County Commissioner Mike Helm, who was indicted last week on criminal charges, said he will not resign from his position or take a leave of absence. 

Helm and former commissioner Kirt Thacker were indicted on charges of embezzlement and conspiracy last week.
