Police Officer's SUV Kills 8-Point Buck On Tulsa Street

Police said an officer responding to a Tulsa shooting scene hit a deer with his SUV.

The collision happened on 91st Street between Garnett and Highway 169 at about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday. Police said the officer swerved to miss the eight-point buck but still struck it. The collision killed the deer.

Police said the officer was not injured, but his SUV sustained some damage.

They called a game warden to come process the deer.
