The Sequoyah County Sheriff's Office says it has an arrest warrant for a former Sallisaw man suspected of using a false ID to purchase several vehicles.

Sheriff Ron Lockhart says Bronson Owen Turman, 35, purchased more than $130,000 in new vehicles from two Tulsa dealerships.

He says Turman used a Sallisaw resident's identification to buy the vehicles. The warrant for his arrest was issued because Turman violated the conditions of a suspended sentence in Sequoyah County, according to Lockhart.

He believes Turman may be in the Tulsa area.

If you see Bronson Turman, Lockhart asks you to contact local law enforcement agency or the Sequoyah County Sheriff Office at 918-775-1213.
