For the third time since December, a Tulsa man known for his face tattoos is in the county jail.
This time, police say they witnessed Michael Carter, 36, try to force his way into the Day Center for the Homeless on West Archer. An employee told Carter he wasn't allowed inside, but Carter refused to leave, according to police.
Michael Carter was booked into the Tulsa County jail on a trespassing complaint. Police said he had been banned from the center.
Last month, Carter was arrested after police got reports he was pointing a gun at drivers in the 7000 block of North Peoria. Police said the gun turned out to be a toy, but witnesses believed the gun was real.
