Developer Has Plans To Turn Downtown Tulsa Building Into Luxury Apartments

A developer has plans to turn a downtown Tulsa building into a new luxury apartment complex.

The old Enterprise Building as 6th and Boston is being renovated by River City Development.

They have launched a Twitter page and posted a video online that shows what the company envisions the building to look like.

Most units are planned to have balconies overlooking a small park with retail space on the first floor.

River City will release more details this weekend.
