The Tulsa plan has three major parts: public safety, transportation, and economic development.
In Collinsville, the plan is to use the sales tax money on roads and bridges and other public works projects. In Glenpool, the money will pay for public works projects as well as police and fire equipment and personnel.
In Jenks, the money raised by the sales tax extension will fund a low water dam in the Arkansas River and other development. In Owasso, the money will improve parts of 96th Street North and 116th Street North.
