Cleveland Man Charged With Murder After Deadly Tulsa Crash

Prosecutors have filed charges against a Cleveland man involved in a deadly Tulsa crash earlier this month.

Christopher Mitchell, 27, was charged with second-degree murder, DUI and leaving the scene of an injury crash on Friday.  

Police said Mitchell was driving a Ford Fusion on May 3 when he slammed into a motorcycle and then moments later struck a car pulling onto 61st Street from St. Francis hospital.  The driver of that car, a 22-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
