Broken Arrow Police Search For Road Rage Shooter

The Broken Arrow Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in the identification of a shooting suspect.

Officers responded about 2:30 a.m. on Saturday to the area of 41st Street and County Line Road in reference to an apparent road rage incident resulting in a shooting.

The victim told police the male driver of a red or maroon Dodge Durango was forcing other drivers off the road and then began tailgating him. The victim stopped his vehicle and confronted the man, who shot him in the face with a handgun.

The suspect man fled eastbound on 41st Street.

The victim was transported to a local hospital with a non-life threatening injury and is expected to recover.

The investigation is ongoing.
