A 26-year-old man was arrested early Monday after Broken Arrow Police say caught him with items stolen at a construction site.

Officers said they found a car parked with its engine running in the 2500 block of North Stonewood Drive just after 7 a.m.   During a search, police found Matthew Young outside a work trailer at the site.

When questioned, police said Young told them he was a worker who was there to pickup some wood for another project.

After contacting the construction site manager, police learned Young wasn't part of the construction crew and wasn't suppose to be on the property.

A search of Young's car turned up some drugs and marijuana.

Police booked Matthew Young into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of second-degree burglary and possession of drugs.
Jail records show he has a court appearance set for June 7.
