Former OU Basketball Star Buddy Hield Talks Working Out With Kobe Bryant

Former Oklahoma basketball star Buddy Hield continues to impress NBA teams.

On Saturday, he worked out with the Los Angeles Lakers. 

ESPN's Chad Ford reported the Lakers may look into trading D'Angelo Russell for a pick for Hield.

But he's just focused on impressing teams.

"We worked out once and you know Kobe has a busy schedule, so whenever he gets a chance to, you know, hit me up or get a workout in, we get a work out in,” Hield stated. “He just did, just [taught] me a lot of footwork.  It's a blessing; most kids can't say they learned something from Kobe Bryant."
