One Dead After Head-On Collision In Sapulpa

One person died in a head-on crash in Sapulpa Wednesday afternoon.

Police responded to 117 and Ridge Road around 11:30 a.m.

Officers say the driver of an SUV was headed west on 117, crossed the center lane for an unknown reason and slammed into a pick-up truck.

The driver of the SUV died. The other driver was taken to the hospital in an unknown condition.

The name of the victim has not been released.
