A Bixby woman arrested on a felony complaint of animal cruelty has pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of public nuisance, which is a misdemeanor.

A judge gave Yvonne McBride a deferred sentence.

Police found nearly 70 Dogs in McBride's home. They say she tried to run a rescue operation but kept taking in animals without finding them new homes.
