Sand Springs Woman Arrested On Two Child Abuse Complaints

Sand Springs Police arrested a woman early Monday after seeing her hands around a child's throat.

In their report, police say they got a 911 call in reference to a disturbance involving Tisha Casebier, 39.  Officers said they arrived just before 2 a.m. and arrested Casebier after witnessing the choking incident

In their report, police stated they had been called to the home twice during the night because of alcohol issues. Officers said they found her husband upstairs intoxicated and asleep.

Police booked Tisha Casebier into the Tulsa County jail on two complaints of child abuse. 

Jail records show she is being held on a $200,000 bond with a court appearance set for September 12th.
