Murder Trial Delayed For Former Tulsa Cop Shannon Kepler

The first-degree murder trial for a former Tulsa Police officer has been pushed back to the end of October.

Shannon Kepler is charged with the August 2014 shooting death of 19-year-old Jeremy Lake. 

During a court hearing Monday, a judge ordered Kepler's trial to start October 31st.

Kepler has pleaded not guilty to the murder charge and two counts of shooting with intent to kill.

The shooting happened in the 200 block of North Maybelle.
