Terlton Man Faces Multiple Animal Cruelty Charges

A Terlton man was arrested Wednesday on six counts of animal cruelty, according to Pawnee County jail records.

William Daniel Harris, 42, was booked in the Pawnee County jail October 12 after the Pawnee County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant October 8 to investigate animal neglect and cruelty complaints, the sheriff's office said. 

Harris had multiple malnourished and neglected dogs in kennels on his property, records show.
