The Tulsa County Election Board says it's having to deliver more pens to polling places across the county.

The board says voters are forgetting to leave the pens after they fill out their ballots, so there's a shortage of pens at numerous precincts.

The board also says it's having trouble with a voting machine at precinct 102, located at St. Matthews near 31st and 129th East Avenue. A technician was sent to repair the machine. In the meantime, ballots were being placed in a lock box.
