Police Trying To Find Man Who Witnessed Tulsa Shooting

Tulsa homicide investigators are trying locate a witness to a shooting earlier this month at a midtown apartment complex.

They say the man is 23-year-old Courtney Palmer.

Police Sgt. Dave Walker says the shooting happened at the Tamarack Apartments in the 1100 block of East 60th Street on November 8th.

After the shooting, investigators talked with Courtney Palmer who was at the complex at the time.  Sgt. Walker said Palmer was under the influence of PCP at the time and wasn't much help.  

Police tried to locate Palmer on November 10th to question him again, but nobody has seen or heard from him.  They said investigators are concerned for Palmer's well being, adding Palmer's lifestyle and addiction to PCP may have led to his disappearance.
