Claremore Police are searching for the man who shot and killed 22-year-old Dakota Rex during a home invasion robbery.
The police were on the scene most of Monday collecting evidence.
For now, police said they don't have a good lead on the three men who came to rob the place and ended up killing the 22 year old.
Rex died from a single gunshot as he tried to stop the robbery.

"I started hearing guns cocked saying, ‘where is it,’" witness Kiley Lawson said.
Lawson and her friends were there when the robbers came in. They said it was three men, dressed in black, wearing masks and each one had a gun.
“They started going through things, and through my purse and breaking stuff, and they went for the Xbox and Dakota wouldn't let them have it, and he and Nate were trying to get them out of the house, and halfway out, when he closed the door, they shot him in the left lung,” she said.
Res, a new father, died at the scene.
“It was really quick, all at once, and we couldn't do anything. They had guns and we'd get shot,” Lawson said.
The police said they didn't get a usable description of the robbers or their vehicle.
“We're still trying to figure out the motivation for this,” said Deputy Chief Steve Cox.
Crime scene technicians spent much of the day in the house gathering evidence to help police make an arrest.
