A Tulsa mother could face federal charges for sexually abusing her 1-year-old daughter.
The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office said she did it because her boyfriend asked her to.
Deputies say Jerrica Lackey used an app called Kik to send pictures and videos of herself abusing her baby girl.
Tymprance Melton said Tulsa County Sheriff's deputies pulled into her driveway on Sunday with guns drawn to arrest Lackey, her neighbor.
"We see her all the time outside with the babies, interacting with them, and she just didn't seem like she would ever do that," she said.
Melton said deputies later told her that Lackey was sexually abusing her 1-year-old daughter, taking videos and photos of the abuse, and using Kik to send the images to her boyfriend in Florida.

"Just shocking, 'cause that's our neighbor. Like I said, there's babies here. Babies all around the neighborhood," Melton said.
Casey Roebuck with the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office said deputies started investigating the case about a week ago. She said Lackey's ex-husband, the baby's father, was borrowing Lackey's phone when he noticed the Kik app.
He found it suspicious, and opened it, Roebuck said.
"He is shocked to see images of his 1-year-old daughter; videos and pictures of her being abused by her mother," she said.
The FBI is helping with the investigation because the images were sent across state lines.
Meanwhile, Lackey faces five separate counts of sexual abuse of a child under 12.
Roebuck said, "To see a parent perpetrate a crime like this is tough to investigate, it's hard for all of us to understand."
The sheriff's office said the baby is staying with her father and Lackey's two older children are with other family members.
