Tulsa Cosmopolitan Apartments Going Up Starting In June

Developers will break ground on 264 brand new apartments along Riverside Drive next month.

News On 6 first told you about plans for the Cosmopolitan apartments in 2015. The Bomasada Group - out of Houston - also built the Enclave at Brookside.

The Cosmopolitan will go up on the currently empty corner of land at Denver and Riverside. Rent will start around 1,000 a month and be ready for move-in by late 2018.
