Shannon Kepler is gearing up for his third trial, which starts on June 26th. Kepler is charged with first-degree murder for the shooting and killing of his daughter's boyfriend, Jeremey Lake.
The juries in his first two trials couldn't come to a unanimous decision.
In his first trial in November 2016, the jury was hung at 11-1, with 11 jurors in favor of convicting him for first-degree murder.
In his second trial - February 2017 - the jury was split 10-2 in favor of his conviction.
A pre-trial hearing was held Tuesday afternoon. The Tulsa County District Attorney's Office said they are ready to move forward and are not any type of trial delay.
