Man Arrested After Admitting Sexual Abuse Of Child In Tulsa

A man is in jail after he admitted to Tulsa police he had sexually abused a 9-year-old girl.

Oscar Martinez was arrested Saturday afternoon after the victim's sibling said he saw Martinez on top of the naked victim in the child's bedroom.

During questioning, Martinez said he had assaulted the girl at least three or four other times.

He faces three counts of sexually abusing a minor child.

Martinez remained in the Tulsa Jail Sunday evening on an immigration hold.
