Police are investigating after a man was shot at a Tulsa apartment complex early Tuesday. One person of interest has already been cleared.
Police are now looking for 22-year-old Cynthia Brown, also known as "Cyn Cyn," in connection to the shooting, Tulsa Sergeant Dave Walker said in a news release.
Brown is described as a black woman standing about 5 feet seven inches tall and weighing about 130 pounds.
She is charged with shooting with intent to kill, Walker said.
Officers got a report of the shooting at the Savanna Landing apartments in the 1100 block of East 60th Street at about 2 a.m.
They found a man with a gunshot wound lying on the ground and gave first aid until paramedics arrived. Police said he was in critical condition when EMSA took him to the hospital.
The victim's girlfriend told police the man's ex-wife and another person showed up at the apartment, argued with him then a shot was fired. Police say the man's girlfriend dragged him back into an apartment and closed the door.
Police said the person they have cleared as a suspect is the man's ex-wife. They are still working to find the shooter.
*Editor's Note: In an earlier version of this story News On 6 named and showed a person police believed to be the suspect. Tuesday afternoon, Sergeant Dave Walker said that person is no longer a suspect. Her name and photo have been removed from this story.
