The Cosmopolitan Apartments Going Up Near Tulsa's Gathering Place

By this time next year, renters will almost be ready to move into new apartments near Tulsa's Gathering Place. 

The Cosmopolitan is going up on the corner of Denver and Riverside. A group from Houston is starting construction on the apartment complex. The group hopes to start leasing in about 14 months.

The construction crew is pouring the concrete for the parking garage now.

The Cosmopolitan will have 262 apartments in a four-story building. It will also feature quite the view of the Gathering Place and the Arkansas River.
