Wagoner County Woman Offering Reward After Horse Shot, Killed

A Wagoner County horse owner is offering a $7,000 reward to find out who shot and killed her animal.

She said she found the white filly shot in the head on December 15th.

The owner believes she was targeted because she lives in a secluded area.

She said she found the gunman's footprints on her property.
