Oklahoma Woman Says Facebook Scammer Claims To Be Blake Shelton

A scammer is posing as Blake Shelton to try to get money. A Carter County woman says someone claiming to be the country singer reached out 
to her on Facebook.

She says the impostor asked her to send money to help a little boy with cancer. The woman could tell something just wasn't right and threatened to contact police. 

"And then to start asking to donate," she said. "You're Blake Shelton. Why would you need someone to donate if you cared that much?"

The woman said she called the sheriff's office, and they told her there's not much they can do about the scam.
