Tulsa Police Arrest Man Accused Of Raping 15-Year-Old

A man is in jail for sex crimes after police say he raped a 15-year-old girl after giving her and her friend drugs and alcohol.

Roger Mills is suspected of rape and lewd proposal to a child. Police say not only was the sexual assault victim involved, but her 15-year-old friend was there as well.

Police say the victim told them she was a runaway and had met an older man who told her his name was Manuel but was later was identified as Mills.

She said on Wednesday, the man drove her and her friend to a trailer home, gave them beer and meth and said that she told him she was 15 and he responded, “I don't care.”

She said, eventually, she woke up to Mills and another man sexually assaulting her. After, she said Mills dropped her and her friend off at a supermarket.

When the two girls were talking to police, the second 15-year-told police Mills asked her if she wanted to have sex.

Mills is in jail on a $100,000 bond.
