1 Taken To Hospital After Tulsa Shooting, Police Say

Police say a Tulsa man is taken to the hospital after they say he was shot late Friday.

Officers got the call just before 8 p.m. to the 900 block of North Trenton.  They arrived to find the victim with gunshot wounds to his stomach and leg.

They say EMSA took the 36-year-old with what they called non-life threatening wounds.

"We're talking with a witness who was on scene to find out more about the suspect or what happened before the shooting and obviously after and where these people might be and where we can look for them," said Tulsa Police Sgt. Branden Smith.

So far, police say they have not arrested anyone in connection with the shooting, adding that they interviewed several witnesses but could say what led to the shooting.
