'Why Is The Rain White?' Asks Malibu Resident Upon Seeing Rare Snowfall

For the first time in years, parts of Southern California received some snowfall.

Los Angeles received some very light snow Thursday afternoon. It only lasted a few minutes then it was gone.

One man says it took him a while to realize it was snow after initially wondering "why is the rain white?!"
