Downtown Tulsa Parking Lot Looking For Developers

The owner of a large parking lot that takes up a full block in downtown Tulsa is looking for developers interested in building on it.

The Tulsa Performing Arts Center Trust currently owns the almost 300 space lot bound by 2nd, 3rd, Cincinnati and Detroit.

The trust is asking developers to submit ideas for large-scale mixed use projects calling the nearly two acres unique and appealing to those wanting to capitalize on downtown Tulsa's increased growth.

All options are on the table, but the request specifically mentions maintaining adequate parking for PAC events, plus any new parking for development on the site.

The deadline for submissions is August 14th.
