Here's what's happening across Oklahoma in the days ahead.

Scissortail Park Recurring Events:

Farmer's Market

Every Saturday from April to October, the Farmer's Market at Scissortail Park in Oklahoma City will be open for everyone to purchase local produce, arts and crafts and all sorts of goods. The market is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Beginning on Saturday, April 6, and continuing every other Saturday through October, the Farmer's Market Information Tent will also allow guests to either bring compostable materials, or take some home for your at-home gardens.

ScissorTales StoryTime

The Metropolitan Library System is inviting children to a free story time event on Saturdays from April to October. There will be two book readings, as well as songs and the chance to play musical instruments. The event lasts from 1 p.m. to 1:35 p.m.

Exercise Classes

Beginning in April, Scissortail Park will be hosting free weekly fitness classes.

At the Love's Travel Stops Stage, yoga classes will be every Saturday at 9 a.m. Pickleball classes will be at the courts in Lower Scissortail every other Tuesday at 6 p.m.

High-Intensity Interval training classes will be every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m., and Zumba classes will be at 9 a.m. on Saturdays at the Upper Park event pavilion.

At 8 a.m. on Thursdays and Sundays, a walking club will meet at Union Station.

SEPTEMBER:

Frontier City is hosting Oktoberfest until Sept. 8. Craft and seasonal beers will be available along with a menu of German-inspired cuisine.

Thursday, Sept. 12 - Sunday, Sept. 22:

The Oklahoma State Fair kicks off at the OKC Fairgrounds, packed with events, rides, games, livestock shows and more. Click here for more information or to buy tickets.

Friday, Sept. 13:

The fifth annual Ballet Under The Stars will take place at the Love's Travel Stops Stage & Great Lawn at Scissortail Park. The performance begins at 7 p.m.

Sunday, Sept. 15:

The Oklahoma City Philharmonic will perform at the Love's Travel Stops Stage & Great Lawn at Scissortail Park. The concert begins at 8:30 p.m.

Thursday, Sept. 19:

Magic City Books Adult Book Fair is coming back to NEFF Brewing, with books, stickers and more. Click here to register for a time slot.

Thursday, Sept. 26 - Sunday Oct. 6:

The Tulsa State Fair is coming back to the Expo Square, bringing rides, concerts, food, agricultural exhibits and much more. Click here to learn more.

Saturday, Sept. 28:

With a headliner yet to be announced, Scissortail Park will be hosting CU in the Park, a free country music concert for the community, at 7 p.m.

OCTOBER

Friday, Oct. 11:

Grammy Award-winning folk rock duo the Indigo Girls will be performing at Scissortail Park. The show begins at 8 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 12 - Sunday, Oct. 13:

Brush Creek Bazaar is coming back to Tulsa for its 46th year. The fall festival features food, music, and art to benefit the youth Oklahoma Teen Challenge. Click here for more information or to buy tickets.

Saturday, Oct. 19:

Put on your Halloween costume and visit the Brookside BooHaHa from 9 a.m. to noon at 45th & Peoria to 33rd & Peoria in Tulsa. Enjoy the parade, costume contests, trick-or-treating, and more. Click here for more information on the free event.

NOVEMBER

Saturday, Nov. 16:

Comedian Martin Lawrence is coming to Oklahoma City with The “Y’all Know What It Is!” stand-up comedy tour with special guests Deon Cole and Benji Brown at the Paycom Center.

DECEMBER

Friday, Dec. 6 - Saturday, Dec. 7:
