The Corporate Challenge has fallen by the way-side the past few years, but Mayor Taylor wants to bring it back to Tulsa. She unveiled the trophy on Wednesday in Bartlett Square.
The Mayor challenged Bank of Oklahoma to have the highest percentage of employees complete in this year's Tulsa Run. She says the competition is a good way to get people thinking about fitness.
"We face some health challenges with our citizens: increased medical costs, time off work, quality of life.
So, we really wanna get Tulsa out there, running, walking, swimming, biking, getting healthy," said Mayor Kathy Taylor.
Mayor Taylor says any company can jump in and take the challenge.
