We're happy to welcome back Doctor Meagan Moreland with NSU showing us how to do some no-bake apple cookies.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Almond Butter
- 1/2 cup of Applesauce or Cinamon Applesauce
- 1 cup of Quick Oats
Instructions
- Step 1: Pour In the Almond Butter, spread in bowl
- Step 2: Pour in 1/2 cup of Applesauce or Cinamon Applesauce. Mix with butter.
- Step 3: Pour in the Quick Oats. Stir together for 2-3 minutes or until oats absorb the butter and applesauce.
- Step 4: Scoop out bits to place on a tray. Place the tray in the freezer or fridge for 30 minutes to an hour. Ready to serve.
