Description

Korean Pork Tacos combine Korean ingredients and pork in a delicious take on traditional tacos.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shredded Pork
  • 2 Tbsp. Gochujang Chile Paste
  • 2 Oz. Sugar
  • 1 Oz. Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Ginger
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tsp. Black Oil
  • 1 Tsp. Black Pepper
  • 12 4" flour tortillas
  • 2 Cups Cooked Jasmine Rice
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Gochujang Chile Paste
  • 1 Tsp. Seasme Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Bunch Scallions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Combine chile paste, sugar, soy, garlic, ginger, seasme oil & black pepper.
  2. Step 2: Heat small amount of oil in skillet over high heat.
  3. Step 3: Add pork, add marinade mixture and quickly cook till firm.
  4. Step 4: Portion jasmine rice on 12 tortillas, portions cooked pork on each tortilla and top with Gochujang mayo & scallions.
