Learn how to make a savory fajita salad with Sassy Mama!


Ingredients

  • 1 LB. Seasoned beef or chicken fajita meat
  • 1 tsp. Taco seasoning
  • 2 heads Romaine lettuce
  • 2 Cups Coleslaw mix
  • 1 Cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 2/3 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 Red onion
  • 2 Cups Doritos (or tortilla chips)
  • 1/2 Cup Sour cream
  • 1/4 Cup Salsa

Instructions

  1. Cook: Cook the fajita meat in a pan until fully cooked. Add taco seasoning and a little water while cooking.
  2. Dressing: Mix sour cream and salsa together in order to create the sauce
  3. Mix salad: Pour romaine lettuce, cheese, cherry tomatoes, onion, and crushed Doritos (optional: Green peppers or beans) into large bowl
  4. Pour: Pour fajita meat on top of the prepared salad, adding the sour cream and salsa dressing on top
