LeFlore County Man Pleads Not Guilty To Killing Pregnant Woman

A LeFlore County man pleaded not guilty to the murder of a woman in Fort Smith, Thursday.

Prosecutors say Christopher Simpson shot and killed Ka'Loni Flynn after she told him she was pregnant with his child.

Her body was found near Spiro back in April.

Simpson is charged with two counts of first-degree murder, one for Flynn, the other for her unborn child.

His trial is set for June 2013.
