The City of Tulsa extended the greenwaste collection operation to Saturdays to help speed up removal of the debris left on curbs all over Tulsa after last month's storms.

To help speed up the process, the city says greenwaste collection crews will also be coming to routes where residents have their trash picked up on Tuesdays to collect bagged and bundled debris. After the that, the city will announce where those crews will go next.

The city says that operation is separate from the special debris pick-up going on all over the city, and no bagging or bundling is required to have you debris taken by city crews.
