Charges Filed In Creek County Quadruple Fatality Crash

Creek County prosecutors charged a Salina, Oklahoma man with four counts of first-degree manslaughter Friday in connection with a crash that killed three generations of one family over a week ago.

Creek County prosecutors charged a Salina, Oklahoma man with four counts of first-degree manslaughter Friday in connection with a crash that killed three generations of one family one week ago.

The DA's office said the four, Vernon Bowles, 74; Susie Frazier, 74; Vivian Henry, 51, and 9-year old Alex died August 23 when a pickup truck driven by 52-year-old David Ernst crossed the center line on Highway 66 in Kellyville and hit their car head-on.

Ernst remains in the Creek County jail.
