Sand Springs voters will decide on three propositions in Tuesday's election.
The first raises more than $11 million to build a new police and fire headquarters.
The second is less than a million dollars for improvements to the city's municipal building, including bringing it up to current fire code and making it handicap accessible.
And the third is more than $2 million for parks, including building two splash pad parks, one on the north side, the other on the south side.
If all three propositions pass, homeowners would pay an extra $129 a year in property taxes on a $100,000 home.
